Proof of Residency Requirements

Little League requires that every child registered be able to provide 3 Valid Proofs of Residency. When a Regulation II(d) or a IV(h) Waiver is requested, 3 Valid Proofs of Residency are required to accompany the waiver request from the last season in which the player resided within the Local League's boundary.

D6 Form - Tournament Temporary Coach

Temporary coaches may be appointed by a League President if a regular team coach or manager is unavailable for a tournament game (not including ejections). The form must be signed by the League President and submitted and approved by the District Administrator prior to the game.

Little League Florida District 6 helps over 1,000 unpaid volunteers in Tampa & Hillsborough County serve and provide baseball & softball programs for over 4,000 children (ages 4-18) annually.

As a Chartered Little League District, your Sponsorships and Contributions to FLD6 are tax-deductible to our non-profit organization.

Our budget goal is $50,000 per year and is 100% funded by the generosity of your CONTRIBUTIONS and SPONSORSHIPS. Our expenses range from Administration of the District (staff-presidents-coaches-rules meetings, website, eNewsletters, office supplies, etc.) to Tournament Operations for the Tournament of Champions and All-Stars (baseballs, softballs, trophies, medals, pins, score books, travel, team contributions, umpire assistance, etc.). If we do not meet our budget goal, it effects the level of service we can provide to the players, coaches, and leagues of FLD6.

Tampa Yankees Bark at the Ballpark

Join us for Bark at the Ballpark on Saturday, June 25 at George M. Steinbrenner Field! Pre-game dog fair begins at 4:30pm, with the game following at 6:00pm. The dog fair will feature local pet vendors. There will be a pet costume contest and a best pet trick contest. Tickets start at just $4 and all dogs must have a ticket. Dog ticket proceeds benefit the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. All dogs must have valid county tags and current vaccinations.
