REQUIRED ?	Age Breakdown Form submission is REQUIRED by Little League US Southern Region. Non-compliance may jeopardize your league. DISTRICT 6 WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PROTESTS FROM YOUR LEAGUE FOR ANY REGULAR SEASON OR TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS GAME IF YOUR LEAGUE'S AGE BREAKDOWN FORM IS NOT SUBMITTED TO THE DISTRICT 6 ADMINISTRATOR.
DEADLINE:	Age Breakdown Forms are due to Little League US Southern Region and District 6 upon completion of your league's registration. This usually occurs by your league's Team Draft Day(s).
DEFINITION:	The Age Breakdown Form gives Little League and District 6 a view into the registation at your league. This helps Little League and District 6 in approving Interleague Play Applications and Combined Team Applications. It also gives us a snapshot of the registration trends that are occuring at your league and in the District.
HOW TO COMPLY:	Submit your Age Breakdown Form to Little League US Southern Region and the District 6 Administrator when due. The Age Breakdown Form is available via the link below, as well as a Worksheet to help you compile your league's numbers. You may submit your Age Breakdown Form to the District Administrator via email or fax. The fax number is on the District Staff page of this website.
NOTES:	Interleague Play Applications and Combined Team Applications require the numbers from this form. We can not complete other Little League required forms without the Age Breakdown Form being completed and submitted. Non-compliance may jeopardize your league in Regular Season Interleague Play, the FLD6 Tournament of Champions, and All-Stars.
