Charters & Insurance MUST be received and processed by Little League HQ PRIOR to your league's Try-outs each year.
|
| DEFINITION: |
Please see your League Operation Manual for full Charter & Insurance detials.
By signing and sending your annual Charter to Little League, your League has pledged to comply with all Little League Rules, Regulations, and Policies. Non-compliance may jeopardize your League's Charter.
|
| HOW TO COMPLY: |
1) Sign and submit your League's Charter & Insurance Application immediately upon receipt each Fall.
2) Prior to your Regular Season (Spring), don't worry about getting the exact number of divisions/teams correct on your Charter & Insurance Application. Submit your Application with the number of divisions/teams you had last year. After your League holds registration and drafts, update your Charter & Insurance Application information with the appropriate number of divisions/teams.
A link to the Charter Change Form with instructions can be found below. You can obtain your current Charter information with your login to the Little League Data Center (link below).
3) If you do not receive your Charter & Insurance Application by mid-December, please contact Little League HQ in Williamsport, PA and request another copy.
