Roster submission is REQUIRED by Little League Policy.
Non-compliance may jeopardize your league.
DISTRICT 6 WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PROTESTS FROM YOUR LEAGUE FOR ANY REGULAR SEASON OR TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS GAME IF YOUR LEAGUE'S ROSTERS ARE NOT SUBMITTED TO THE DISTRICT 6 ADMINISTRATOR.

Rosters are due to Little League and District 6 when they are finalized. This usually occurs by your league's Opening Day.
If you are playing Regular Season games, then you have Teams and Rosters. Rosters are due.

| DEFINITION: |
Once you have held league tryouts, team drafts, and have played your FIRST REGULAR SEASON GAME, your rosters are FINALIZED.
More on Roster Submission can be found in the "Little League Operation Manual" supplied to each league by LLB upon Charter submission each year.

| HOW TO COMPLY: |
Submit your rosters to Little League and the District 6 Administrator when due.
Little League STRONGLY encourages that each league submit rosters via the Little League Data Center (link below).
A data-template for data-upload is available in the Data Center.
You may supply your rosters to the District Administrator via email or cd-rom if rosters are in a data-file or are in PDF format. Rosters must be submitted to the DA in person or by mail if your rosters are in paper form.
ROSTER UPDATES:
If you need to update the roster data-file you have uploaded to the LLB Data Center, simply re-upload your original roster data-file with any new changes (adds, deletes, corrections). Your new roster data-file will replace the old data-file in the Data Center (replaces contents entirely).

Non-compliance may jeopardize your league in Regular Season Interleague Play, the FLD6 Tournament of Champions, and All-Stars.
Since Player Trades are allowed by LLB up to 14 days after your team's first Regular Season game, your roster is FINALIZED by definition 14 days after your team's first Regular Season game if trades are made.
Your team's rosters are finalized when your team plays it's first Regular Season game if no trades are going to be made by the LLB deadline (14 days after your team's first Regular Season game).
