I want to Thank my Assistant Steve Lewis for all his long and hard work on the new umpire scheduling system Arbiter. It has been a small challenge to convert & educate everyone but Steve has done it.

TOC brought us games in the North part of our districts and the parks did a wonderful job! A new scheduling system for umpires & some challenges that I think we have overcome. All in all a good TOC tournament!
UPDATE / ALL-STARS
All-stars begin with the 9-10 yr old divisions in SB & BB and then the rest of SB and we are just finishing the 10-11 BB. A same break til Saturday and 11-12, JR & Sr divisions get in full swing. Thank you to all the host parks & their volunteers, we have had the rain this year & a wonderful job by all in being flexible.
