Minor 5-Run Rule (LLB Rule 5.07 in Baseball and Softball)

The Charter Committee in Williamsport is giving leagues an option to exclude LLB Rule 5.07(#3) in Baseball and Softball (Minor 5-Run Rule) in the last half-inning of the game (plus extra innings) for either team, provided it is approved by the local league Board of Directors and the District Administrator.
Update - Rule 4.04 Continuous Batting Order (CBO)
Rule 4.04 gives leagues an opportunity to get the players more at-bats and more playing time with the continuous batting order (CBO). - "LittleLeague.org" RULE 4.04 NOTE 1 - The continuous batting order is MANDATORY for all Tee-Ball and Minor League Divisions.
